Replacing door seal weatherstripping

When I had my rocker panels replaced, the guy that did the work didn't leave and edge for the weatherstripping to fit around so there is nothing to hold the weatherstripping in place in the rocker panel area. Will the sill plates be enough to hold the rubber in place?

Re: Replacing door seal weatherstripping

Post a pic, the edge for the door seal is part of the outer rocker. Not sure why someone would remove the edge.
