Anyone running these mirror adapter plates?

Eddie Motorsports sells these dumbo mirror adapter plates if you don't want to fill a hole and repaint your doors. On 81-87 trucks I don't mind the dumbo mirrors but when it comes to 73-80, it is hit or miss for me. There is a close up view on their website but I was looking for views of the entire truck with these installed.

Re: Anyone running these mirror adapter plates?

I might be a guinea pig then if no one is currently running them. I am hopefully picking up a 79 Short bed 2wd Wednesday with dumbo mirrors. I have small stock ones I can use with the plates so I might put them on order once I am sure the truck isn't sold underneath me.

I've thought about using them and painting them body color except for the milled part

Re: Anyone running these mirror adapter plates?

they should offer them no ball mill option and no hole option . i think they would sell more this way .

Re: Anyone running these mirror adapter plates?

Those look way cool. I'd run them even if I didn't need them.
