VERY NICE LT1 !! First time Ive seen it. I like it. What all have you done to it on the driveline ?

It is a 96 LT1 with a 700R4 and 373 posi rear, it has 4 wheel disc brakes and airride suspension, other than that its stock.

Finaly found the time to dig this one out after many years in storage. Seeing all these nice trucks on here puts the bug in me to drive them again.

Thank you, Right now it has Firestone 225-75 15 tires. Still has the original Firestone 8.15 15 spare underneath never been on the ground.

Thanks Hop Sing. Yes 64 65 66 Chevelle with a 65 horn button on a 67 hub to get the diameter right for the column. Was a little trial and error to get the plastic cancelling cam on the hub working but its working great. .

Thanks for the info. Gonna step up to a larger tire size eventually on my '66 C-10, & I plan to keep a thin whitewall. So, I'm always asking anytime I see something I like in pics. It currently has 205/75/15 Firestone's.

Here is mine fuel injected 6.0 4l60e build in the body shop getting some tlc, new frame is done should see paint in another month

What matt ? LOL ! long story but this truck being originally used as an Ambulance, the second seat and rear matt were left at the dealership in 1965. Been working on it a bit lately, finally got the nerve to remove the painted on Pin Stripe that looked so out of place on the truck. Oven cleaner does wonders for unwanted graffiti.

Graffiti. Yeah, no doubt that pin strip had to go. Even still, applying oven cleaner to that paint required some major cojones. Bravo!

over cleaner usually is sodium hydroxide(lye). can be used as a paint stripper
