The stock 8 lug squarebody wheels will fit and work, but might not be exactly what you want. Are you trying to run factory hubcaps, or do you just want some steel wheels?

Re: stock 8 lug steel wheels for disc brake frt end???

I've never seen an issue between mounting 8-lug wheels, disc or drum. I used to run 15" wagon wheels on a '71 K/20 with disc brakes that I originally bought for a '69 W200 with drum brakes. I sold those wheels to a guy with an F250.

These days for stock look wheels I run 7" Ford Accurides, Ford's last SAE 8-lug steel wheel for trucks. The very latest ones used on Econolines have no nubs for hubcaps, so watch for that
