Hmmmm.. My slo-poke 72 K20 has a piece o crap swap motor in it. Hmm... I wonderrrrrr what your buddy is gonna doooo... with his puny 'ol worthless 350? Hmmm.... (I still have relatives in Indiana!) Hmmmm..... Hmmmmm...

Good luck with that swap, sounds pretty ambitious. Is this for a monster truck or a stock-ish (otherwise) K20 with a hefty driveline? Curious what other mods and driveline are in store for the truck.
