Talking Cooter's Wrecker On CL In The Upstate SC- Not Mine

Found this on CL this morning in case someone was interested. I've seen it on here before. Previous ad had a lot more detail about the truck and said the front end was a 72 model which you can see. You would think they should know Hazzard County was in Georgia not Kentucky!! I'm sure the lettering was not cheap. Not putting anyone's truck down but for that asking price it should be painted right.

They used a 69/70 Chevy in one of the seasons. I think it was the first season. but there was never one with the 71/72 grill like the one in the ad. He also had a couple different Fords. The GMC didn't come into the show until after the first 3 or 4 seasons. But yes, the GMC is always the truck I associate Cooter Davenport with also.

I'm sure the owner is a heck of a nice guy. Most of the people I meet that have and drive these trucks are. All I was commenting on was the mistake of the sign painting. That's all.
