Way to duplicate options sheet

Quite a while back a member by the name of Bruce Hershberger sent me a file that he had that you can go into and type your options and then print it. He said I could share it and I try to every once in a while. We've got a lot of new members so I thought I would throw it out again.

I know nothing about how it works but it seems to work in Microsoft Excell and Corel's spreadsheet also. May work in other programs - I don't know.

I will try to attach it to this message and it is also on the main page of my website listed in my sig. Good luck and enjoy on behalf of Bruce.

Nice. The font kerning is off on mine... anyone know what font the VIN label is supposed to have? My system did a font substitution and the word VIN spills over into the white box. A couple of other places have the same problem too.

Now I've just got to make up a bunch of RPO numbers for my many non-stock options (air suspension, electric doors, etc.)

Thumbs up Service Parts ID

YukonJack - Thanks for the template. Saved it to my HD and will be delighted to use it later. Pass along a thanks to Bruce also.

XXL: seems like the "white" squares for the VIN and W/Base are too large and overlapping. Will play with a copy and see if I can fix it.

Joe

I may be wrong about it working in Excel. Post what programs everyone is able to use it in to help others out.

Opens with Excel 2002 fine, but had to adjust the spacing somewhat. Some parts of the document were hiding behind others, so a tiny bit of sorting fixed 'er up.

Thanks Yukon!

Is there any demo programs I can download that will let me open this up? I don't want to buy Excell just for this one thing! As I have no idea how it works anyway.

Maybe somebody can email me a pic of theirs after they did it?

Can someone help a guy out here? I have Win 98 and nothing newer and I can't get this to open. Have tried Works Word and that won't do it. Can someone send me a copy that will work through e-mail? Don't even know if that is possible. I would like to see it. I also know of a company that reproduces the window stickers. Have had it done several times and they are great. Can send the info if anyone would like.

Thanks Jack! Now I can add on the extras I've installed, like tilt steering, tinted windshield, swaybar etc. etc.

You can wish in one hand and crap in the other.
