230 Lower thermostat housing

Anyone making the lower thermostat housing for the 230 6 cylinder? The only one I can find new has the heater hose at an upward angle.

Re: 230 Lower thermostat housing

I don't think so, but if the issue is not sealing with the thermostat housing, this stuff will seal anything. You don't even need a gasket.

Can't tell you how cool it is to me that some are keeping the 6- banger engines.

Look in the for sale section here. Better yet just become a supporting member and post a wanted ad.

I've looked in the parts for sale section but didn't see anything. I also did a search on that section but no luck, yet

Re: 230 Lower thermostat housing

So has anyone used the Lower Thermostat Housing with the angled heater hose outlet? Does it cause any problems?

Re: 230 Lower thermostat housing

It looks like we were able to weld up the crack. It's holding for now.
CaptianFab, If I have any more leaks I may PM you.
Thanks for the responses.
