Touching! lol my truck already has a bodydrop by way of lowered cab mounts and a quick look last night, the body appears to be as low or slightly lower than the frame, so I'm looking to lay body

My bed sits lower than my frame, I have to see if there are any bodymounts, maybe they are missing. It does line up with cab though.

I'll try to take a pic of mine this weekend. I just brought the truck home last night in the dark so I'm still learning what 50 years of 'experience' it has

also, mine is a '61 on a '68 frame that could play a role.

Gray is just primer, top is final color truck will be with a white bottom and grille.

notched the crossmember so the frame rails would sit lower. The wheels are 18" 8 lugs off a dodge 3/4 ton.

i would like to know a little more about that hand made grill. i have a 1969 chevy and my grill is beat up pretty bad and i dont have the money to buy a new one.the price for a new grill is rediculas.

That is exactly why I went for it and made my own, I cannot believe a new grille is half as much as I paid for the truck.
