Post Cab Mounts

On the bigger rubber mounts do the ones with the metal plate attached go in front or back?
Same question about the smaller ones. 2 of them aren't completely round. They have a straight side.
Also, do you compress these when you put them on or just snug them up?

The ones with metal plate are the front cab mounts, at least that's how mine are... you should compress them a bit, I believe they have a steel inner sleeve which will keep you from overdoing it...
