Ryan in Texas

Just a brief introduction
Name is Ryan, have 2 GMC trucks (1949 GMC 152 - chopped, dropped, fenderless, suicide axle, tractor pull headers, mopar drivetrain (I am truly sorry). and a recently acquired 1950 GMC 3/4 ton)

Just looking for a place with great collective knowledge (and parts).

I picked up my 1950 for free, with title, from someone who had it in a field for 40+ years. All glass busted out but miraculously mostly surface rust! Even more miraculously I got the inline 6 running! Planning on doing a semi-sympathetic resto-mod (if there is such a thing). Have already pilled the cab and front clip and keeping it GM (no more mopar drivelines)
