The pictured 822/tilt only white bearing adapter and 271/tilt & non-tilt lower bearing are the only two parts that will work on the tilts, the tilt specific upper cam spring is a lighter duty/wire spring with a p/n ending in 514. Not sure how the tilt only 822 bearing adapter ended up mixed in with the other three parts which were commonly sold together as a lower 3 pc. 771 spring/271 bearing/935 adapter service kit for the non-tilts.
