If you clean those rust spots up a little and then spray some of this. I have used it, works pretty good. https://www.summitracing.com/oh/part...2002/overview/

On the seat, I can keep an eye out for you. But the only way to get just the seat bottom, is to find a used one. I come across seats occasionally, that the seat covers are still decent.

What are the best places you've found to get new vinyl? I could just make the seat cover, I have an industrial / heavy duty sewing machine. My dad made 2 sets of seat covers for my 69 Rambler. He would take the seat covers off and use them as the pattern. I'm pretty good with a sewing machine.
