Nice piece for the front bumper or in the shop. From Wheeler Chevrolet located in Hinton, Oklahoma. Bolt holes do show it was mounted once but only very light swirl marks, almost hair line like. Front of plate, paint and lettering very nice, back side shows no marks. Aluminum, not steel. $15 shipped, money order , do not have Paypal.
