Stupid Rod Thingys

Anyone know where to get those stiffener rods that run between the steering crossmember/engine crossmember and the frame? They are about 2 feet long, tubular, and bolt on. Don't even know what to call them (except stupid). The rattle under my truck is due to a rotted/rusted one snapping off.

Re: Stupid Rod Thingys

If you go to gmpartsdirect.com and search for your particular truck under body/frame, you can find the GM part number for the support bars. For a 2005 they are $93 each but you can usually plug the part number into ebay and find them a little cheaper.
