2004 Frame ?

I recently did a frame swap on my 2004 Extend-a-cab 6'box Silverado 4x4.
my old frame rusted out at the control arm mount, The new donor frame came from a same model truck and was a straight runner when it was stripped of its cab and box that rusted out.
I am now having problems getting the front end to align Drivers side torsion bar has zero turns on it the passengers side torsion bar has 10 turns on it and it is almost straight
anyone know where I can get a measurement diagram for the 2004 frame so I can see if I have a twist in the frame somewhere. its the only possibility I can think of.
anyone got any ideas ??

Re: 2004 Frame ?

Hate to say it, but the new frame is bent... Been there, got the t-shirt, sorry.
