White doesn't devalue a vehicle. And it doesn't hide anything, it makes it less noticeable. You are right about the price, regardless.

Re: What’s it worth?

as many above already suggested, keep looking..

this slant nose short box is clean with low stance and LS done..

a little closer to your target with less $ to mod and room to haggle..

1967 Chevrolet SWB C-10 LS Swap - $26600

that one's close to you, search nationwide will reveal many more..

good luck!

If I was looking for a SWB truck to do an LS swap, a shortened longbed would be no issue. Personally, I'd rather have that on a truck I had no concern for it's originality. Use the more common truck for that. I'd expect a better deal on a shortened truck... again, personally.

Re: What’s it worth?

I agree that if I were to buy a truck to do what you want with it I would be buying a much cheaper starter vehicle. Long beds are at a lower price point than shorts. And it can be cut down relatively easy and there kits to do just that. I would Keep looking.

I would think only if he wanted to bring it back to stock , which he doesn't.

Re: What’s it worth?

If you don't care if its an original swb, then theres stuff like this all over. You can buy and ship or get it for a lot less than 20k

Re: What’s it worth?

Whats it worth ?

It's worth whatever someone is willing to dig out of their pocket on any given day , Not everyone knows about this website or what the "going rate " is on these trucks sitting on a car lot . The flippers (car dealers) are having no problem buying and selling most any classic right now and the general public aren't educated on sale prices on a daily basis as many members in here are . So find what you want and if it's in your price range buy it . if you want an LS conversion do it yourself so you know what you have instead of some junk yard painted engine with 250,000 miles on it already . If all your interested in is having one sitting in your driveway tomorrow to satisfy that instant need ...Good luck ...

Never buy parts for a vehicle you don't own

Re: What’s it worth?

Be patient and wait for the one you want within your budget. It took me almost 6 months to find a good foundation to work with within my budget. The less you waste on the truck, the more you can spend on mods down the road.

oh, yeah. Like everyone else has said...that truck is overpriced.
