Lights pulsating: 2004 Suburban

All of the lights pulsate when the engine is running (headlights, dome, dash, etc.) No pulsating when running exclusively off of the battery. AutoZone checked the battery and alternator and everything checked out, including the diodes in alternator (which is less than a year old).

None of the wires look bad and all are connected securely. I removed the ground wire coming off of the black battery wire and cleaned it and the metal surface just in case. I tried replacing the headlight switch with no luck.

Battery doesn't drain, but it is extremely annoying.

Any thoughts?
