Re: Good start to a project...

Hey Chris. Its good to see some progress on the truck. I know what you mean about older homes eating up a lot of your time and money. Looks like 3-2s is bout ready for some quality cruise time and summer is coming.

Definitely, my goal was to have the bed done by May so I didn't miss any summer cruising like I did last year.

Re: Good start to a project...

Just read your whole build. Fricking awesome man! I just seeing if you've made anymore progress or updates. You've given me some ideas on what I'll be doing to my 70 gmc I'm about to embark on.

Can't wait to see the the next phases of your truck!

Re: Good start to a project...

Hey guys, it's been a while since I updated this. Life was pretty busy there for a while and I found myself with very little time to check on the board. Things have slowed down for me quite a bit so I figured I'd do a little update.

I've basically been driving and enjoying my 67, I did finish the interior with some nice door panels and armrests from a board member, a new dash pad, carpet, gas tank carpet, and the biggest, I finally got my buddy buckets done. I posted this in another thread a while back but figured I'd update here too. I have a new Eaton posi, 3.42's, and an install kit waiting for me sometime this winter.

Part of my time issue was building a squarebody for myself to DD. Here's the build on it.-

Re: Good start to a project...

This truck is still alive and well, it has changed hands a couple of times.

It lives in Northern California now.

It's good to see the truck again. He spiffed up the engine real nice. I guess Chris has moved onto something else.

It's an awesome truck. I saw it for sale locally and listed my previous C10 for sale that day hoping to get my hands on this one.

Is it your truck now?

P.S. Who made the dual carb intake and are they still available?
