Stockton swap meet

I'm looking for specific parts for my truck mainly hubcaps and wider steel wheels has anyone been to the Stockton swap meet at the San Joaquin county fairgrounds in California? I found online that it is pretty much once a month how is it for parts for our trucks? It's about 2 hours away from me is it worth the drive? Do I just need to go once a month until I find what I need? Any other good ones around I live in Fresno

Re: Stockton swap meet

How much of a rush are you in? If you can wait until January, the Turlock swap meet will be going on. It's so big now, it's possible to give up and leave before you ever finish looking, and parking can be up to a half-mile away if you aren't an early riser. I haven't had much luck in Stockton, but I haven't ever actively searched for the parts you are.

Re: Stockton swap meet

it's not huge but it's worth your time to check it out at least once and see for yourself.

Re: Stockton swap meet

That's one of the smaller swaps they have. The biggest is the once a year January thing, it's put on by the Kiwanis (not sure about that spelling).

Re: Stockton swap meet

SOME days I miss SoCal! Best truck gatherings in the country. Nothing, and I mean nothing, ever beat Brothers (show) and the Pomona Swap and LA Roadsters parking lot and Santa Maria WCC (formerly Paso Robles) - they were my favorites. Never made it to Turlock, but heard lots of good things about it.
