cab swap

hi, i need help swapping a manual 1991 cab on to a 1990 gmc automatic truck. what do i need to disconnect on both cab to do the swap.

Anything that goes from the running gear (engine compartment) to the body;

Front clip (fenders)
Steering column @ rag joint
Shift linkage @ column
Wire harness @ fire wall
AC/heater hoses @ cab
Brake lines @ master cylinder

I'm sure there are a few more I left out but that's a good start....
