Name that Miscellaneous Blazer Part

So I'm not selling anything here, but I am trying to identify some parts I have lying around. When I bought my Blazer, it came with a random box of hardware and other parts that were removed or replaced. So I'm calling all you Blazer experts to point out what I have here!

1. Correct top bracket
2. Starter bracket
3. Correct seat belt bolts
4. Flapper for fresh air on an A/C blazer goes under the cowl on the passenger side.
5. Mounts to dash under steering column
6. Mirror gasket
7. Lug wrench and jack handle mounting hardware goes behind drivers seat.
8. Goes with 7
9. Door shim gets screwed to the door and makes contact with the bronze one on the body.
10. Hatch stop goes with number 1
11. Mirror bracket goes inside the door for the mirror to screw to.
12. Rear seat hold down
13. Tube for start wires I think but not sure if correct for first gen. blazers.
14. Seat belt bolts or possible rear seat

Did I win anything LOL

Holy smokes, Rip! Very impressive! The knowledge and helpfulness on this board is second to none. Thanks for the time!

Question. I thought both sides of the door got brass wedge plates? My blazer came with a truck door on the driver's side and possibly some other cannibalized parts, so I'm not 100% sure what's original.

Huh, well that explains why I only have one of the stainless plates. I'm sure the other is on the original door along with the reinforcement plate! I wish the previous owners held onto more of this stuff when the fixed it up over the years. I also wish I looked through this box and asked more questions before I bought 4 of the brass wedge plates! Looks like I'll have a few for sale. Thanks aga in Rippen.

Yep, one of the first things that sells when parting one. Seems like everyone removes the doors and doesn't strip them before throwing them out.

Item #9 in the above pictures. The only part with orange paint. It mounts on the door in the door jamb. A brass plate mounts on the tub side of the door jamb. They are supposed to just barely touch and keep the doors from wedging shut when the top is off. Gives you an idea how 'not' ridgid they were even brand new. I can imagine the engineers surprise when they were stuck in the prototype trucks with doors jammed shut. Makes me want to weld giant I beams in place of the torque boxes and fully box the frame!

At least I'd have a good mounting surface for my drop down power steps!

If I ever do a frame off that might be what I do. I would like to have some power steps as well eventually.

Re: Name that Miscellaneous Blazer Part

Round 2! You guys are so good, you inspired me to dig through the parts bin again to look for some other parts that I might have been overlooking. Fair warning, it appears random fasteners, clips, shims, and general garage junk may have made it in this box at the previous owners house.

Glad to know 19 is just an add on. I'm excited to find a few hidden gems in here. I'll box up all the loose fasteners and hang on to them. Already found all the jack handle clips and fasteners. Thanks!

Re: Name that Miscellaneous Blazer Part

I don't think so, but it was totally debadged and had no original interior when I got it. The front roll cage is also preventing me from opening the glove box to see the spid! Damn PO's!

I think # 18 is the hardware that holds heater core assembly to the firewall.
