Alright, divorce is final, suburban is sold, and I'm moving into a MUCH bigger shop. Getting excited about getting back on this one. At this juncture I'm still thinkin offroad/expedition type flatbed. Although I'm thinking of upgrading to 4:11 3/4 ton axles and military 37's. Stay tuned.

I'm in my new shop now. I'm trying to figure out where to start. I pulled the cab off a few days ago to modify the trans crossmember. I originally had everything set up for the NV3500. When I swapped in the NV4500, the crossmember was too far back. And my TC shifters hit the trans. Instead of moving the crossmember, rebuilding the TC shifter tower, and drilling a bunch more holes, I just added a piece to the center to offset the mount. I'll get some pics later.
