SM465 to TH400 conversion
Hello guys
I'm getting 2 different 77 pickups in the next few weeks. The 2WD has a TH400 that I would like to put into the 4WD that has the SM465 4 speed. Who can tell me what needs to be done to make this happen? Thanks in advance |

a lot....sell all your transmissions and transfer case and buy a 4wd auto with transfer case on it..you'll also might need the 4x driveshafts or your might need yours shortened and lengthend...you'll might need the crossmember for the 4x.....
