Spray gun filter size and 2K high build primer

When spraying 2K high build what gun filter should I be running,
200, 300, 600 micron?
Don't want to clog a filter or a gun.

I didn't use the filter inside the paint gun.

Assuming that you'll be sanding the 2k anyway, you need to run a filter. More of a hassle than they're worth.

I'll run a test with and without and see what happens.

You will be fine without the filter as long as you tear down the gun to clean it anytime you mix anything and put in the pot. I buy from O'reillys I 'm sure other carry this or similar, it is called Naked Gun and it is a spray gun cleaner. That stuff is great and it is cheap and will clean your gun really well. MAKE DOUBLE SURE that you use glasses [as in the safety kind] when using this stuff I almost got some in my eye one of the first times I used it
