bigger than 5" rear drop

whats up everyone, I have been searching through google and on the forum. I'm not sure if I'm not searching the correct things but i could use some help... i have a 67 c10. i have purchased some drop spindles and coils and 5" rear lowering springs for my suspension. (I'm in the process of getting all my front disk conversion parts all here to start it, hopefully get it all installed this weekend) my question is how do you guys go 6" for 7" on the rear? i can't find a spring with that drop. i understand i would have to do a c notch. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Lowering blocks in addition to the 5" drop springs. The need of a c-notch beyond 6" of drop is subjective as it's based on how you drive and/or use the truck.

I always use my trucks like a truck so I did c-notches. Get some HD units here if you do them (Porterbuilt or the 'HD' CPP units).

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Truck arm suspended trucks (rear coil spring C10 trucks) can use lowering blocks. They are just truck-arm specific parts. Boris (Way2lo2) is a supporting board vendor & offers blocks/u-bolts in various dimensions. Contact him for current pricing....
