Here's mine, finished a couple of months ago. Yours (the yellow one) must be set up in storage configuration, of I've been doing something wrong :-)

Does this work with a 1 ton lift or do you need a 2 ton lift? I already have a 1 ton cherry picker from harbor freight that I used for the engine on my jeep but I'm not sure it has the reach and I really do not want to get another one.

I think mine was a 2-ton, but really none of them are when the boom is fully extended, which is what you need.

The cab is actually light. The bed seems much heavier. It looked like some serious arcing (bending) of the boom when I found out there was still a bolt holding it down :-)
