Exclamation Baer rotor replacement ~ HELP!

Hey guys,
I got a 02' Suburban with the Baer 14" big brake kit and it looks like i am having to replace my rotors due to warpage....Question!... Does anybody else (another company other than Baer) make a 14" rotor that will work with my Baer kit? or do i have to use Baer rotors exclusively? Common sense would tell me that a 14" rotor is a 14" rotor and it wouldn't matter what brand it was...but sometimes these kits are not so user friendly so i thought i would ask before looking around for some. Anybody here ever run other rotors with their Baer calipers?

Well i definitely wouldn't replace them with Chinese junk but i thought maybe Brembo or some other reputable company would have an interchangeable part that i could run....only because i contacted Baer and it seems that the rotors are back ordered about 4-6 weeks out.
