Silverado NV3500 Info Needed

I have been doing a ton of research about the NV3500 but I wanted to try to confirm information.

Trans: 2000 NV3500 (came off a 4.3L)
Engine: 2000 4.8L (originally automatic engine)

What I have found out that the 99-00 Manual 4.8L Engine had a longer crank than the 99-00 Automatic engines and the 01-06 Manual Engines. This has posed some questions for me.

What I have is:
02 Flywheel (Sachs NFW1050) - heard this is thicker than the 99-00 due to the different crank
02 Clutch Kit with Pilot Bearing
00 Throwout Bearing

Is the 00 throwout bearing the same as the later years (just without a feed line)? Do you see any issues using the 00 throwout with the later model clutch/flywheel? I am hoping they are the same as far as extension and the short crank on my engine is compensated with the later model/thicker flywheel if that makes sense.
