need suspension setup advice

My '88 4x4 is in need of a suspension overhaul. The rear end is beginning to show signs of sagging and the sway I get when turning is rediculous. I'm not looking for much of a lift or anything, I just need some recommendations for a good, strong suspension that will help when doing mild off-roading and eliminate the goofy look I have because of the rear-end sag . I know I need new shocks and possibly springs, but I was just wondering what setup you guys on here are using. TIA
