Question Best/Strongest Trailing Arm option??

Hey guys, I'm doing a complete suspension upgrade on my 72 C10 using mainly CPP parts; however I'm having a difficulty deciding on whether to refresh my originals with powder coat etc... or go with aftermarkets. I was wanting to go with CPP tubular trailing arms but read somewhere that they are not as strong as others on the market. I am aware of other brands such as ECE, POL and LMC truck trailing arms as well. Please feel free to chime in, Thanks ..

Strongest? They are designed to flex and some aftermarket ones do not allow this. If yours are not rusted through, I say powdercoat the original ones.

Porterbuilt or Hotchkis would be the way to go if going aftermarket. Strong w/the ability to articulate like the factory arms did or better.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Yeah mine are pretty beat up so I'd prefer to go with aftermarket. I'll check out Porterbuilt and Hotchkis. Thanks for the input guys!!
