Brake Booster

Looking to up-grade my stock brake booster.
Currently running disc up front and drum rear. eventually I want to go disc/disc but right now looking for a brake booster disc/drum that will fit in maybe frame rail. I prefer not to mount to firewall.

Any suggestions on a good one or one to stay away from

Thank you

Re: Brake Booster

if you were to include the year range of your project that would help but monocanfly just answered a generic question with a reasonable answer. some pics of what you have would help get a response as well. guys are more apt to check out a thread that has pics.

Re: Brake Booster

ok, so you would click "Post reply" then a window comes up like normal. now scroll down past the blue line that says "additional option" to where it says "manage attachments". click that. now another smaller window will open that has several boxes that say "choose file". click on the top one. it will rake you to your computer files where you can pick whatever file you want, be it from pictures or documents or whatever. when you find the file you want just click on it and then click "open" at the bottom of that window. now you should notice in the "manage attachments" window you will have an attachment file number next to the "choose file" button you clicked a minute ago.now scroll over to the lower right of that window and hit the upload button. when it is done uploading there should be an attachment number next to the "manage attachments" button you clicked awhile back. when it shows up you can type your text where you would normally and hit the "submit reply" at the bottom of that additional options page. BOOM, gone.
try it, you might like it.

Re: Brake Booster

You'll want a dual diaphragm booster.

NoLimit can supply you the bracket to mount it and use the stock pedal.

you can use a dual diaphragm booster, smaller in diameter. see this, blem chrome, on sale cheap, can't see the chrome under the truck anyway.
