72 stepside

what do you guys think, looking at 72 c10 stepside unmolested 350. 1500 miles on rebuild motor and trans was rebuilt in 2008. no bondo no rust. has a few small items, leaky oil pan, fuel pump, intake manifold, trans shift seal, trans pan, and speed o oring, the carb is a demon running a little rich. the door handle needs replacment. other than that it runs strong, and stops well. orignal paint is black but looks ten years old. i offered him 8500. he came back at 9000. remember this is southern california prices. im thinking $8700. hard to find good trucks here

Re: 72 stepside

Sounds a bit pricey, even for So Cal.

If it's what you want, I wouldn't let a few hundred bucks stop me.
