Post Starter Question

I need to buy a new starter, but there are 2 different ones listed for the different numbers of teeth. How do I find out which one I have? My truck is a 1970 with a 350/TH330 auto. I need to know how to tell the diffrence between the 2 sizes, or does anyone know what size they had?

Get up under the truck at the starter and look at the bolts and see if they are straight across or off set from one another and go to the parts house of your choice and look and get both starters and compare, or better yet take old starter with you.

Get out and drive the truck this summer and have some fun!
It sucks not being able to hear!

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
