Yes it does it has a 454, I double checked the casting numbers in the block an sure enough it's a bbc. Interesting, i've been curious about the truck myself, it's a clean truck, nothing out of the ordinary, just wish I knew more about the history. The SPID shows it came with a 350. Aside from that I like it

LOL! I believe the guy who built that truck is the guy I bought my K20 Super from. I called him about this green K20, he mentioned the orange K20 "beater", and the rest is history. He sold the green K20 out of ABQ to a guy in CO who was going to tow a boat around near Durango IIRC. PM me if the story sounds similar and I will give you his number if you are interested.

Yes it sounds a little too familiar lol, do PM that number I'd like to learn more about this truck. Yeah the previous owner said he had it out in Durango, used it for the winters there etc,. They moved out to abq not sure when but I bought it a few weeks after you had moved out to MT. They took damn good care of this truck as it needed nothing since I bought it, I haven't changed anything with it either.

Yeah, there's a good chance it's the same truck you've seen roaming around Durango sometime back.

Here's a local K20 I recently looked at - floor pan is really rusty. That grain bin is too cool! Owner is a 91 yo WWII vet.

The glove box sticker says medium olive and when it got repainted about 15 years ago the painter just got something close at the time, i think its a little lighter then it should be, it may be going in for another paint job in the near future.
