1960 Apache Frame help

Need a little help guys...I have a 60 apache 1/2 ton and am wanting to do some suspension changes to it. I have a front stub from an 87 silverado for the front end but was wondering what you guys have used for a rear? I found a set of wheels I want that are the small chevy lug pattern so if I could find a rear that would fit from a car application or that had the small chevy lug pattern already I would be happy....Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.
