70 K5 Blazer

Bought a project 1970 K5 blazer mostly disassembled. Can someone tell me what these parts are?

Re: 70 K5 Blazer

I think the you have a pair of upper door panel moldings and the mounts for attaching the rear interior side panels.

Re: 70 K5 Blazer

Rear side panel mounts and side tailgate seals brackets. The mounts go on the inner bed wall so you can add the interior rear side panels. There should be a few more - it is either 3 or 4 per side.

The strips hold the tailgate seal along the C pillars. This is a pic from my blazer.

Re: 70 K5 Blazer

I found this picture of the rear panel brackets on the site. Looks like there are 3 per side.

Re: 70 K5 Blazer

Thanks for the fast response! Were the original rear side panels plastic or vinyl or cloth?

Re: 70 K5 Blazer

They matched the seat covers. Repops are made but they are $$$ and I have heard they need some modifications to fit right.
