That's your horn switch, and if you have a column with turn signals, it cancels and returns arms back to netural. Should be able to find at local parts store, for under $10.00...Jim

What's the column out of originally? One of us can probably come up with a parts number that works at the parts house. The other option would be to head to the wrecking yard with the tools to pull the steering wheel and get to the piece. That possibly could be more trouble for you than waiting for one to show up in the mail though.
