2004 Front End Vibration when hitting road expansion joint.

I have a 2004 silverado crew cab 2wd. When I hit a bad spot in the road with both front wheels the front end vibrates terribly. Feels like the wheels don't know which way they are going. And the rear end feels like it wants to go a different direction. I have had the front end aligned at the dealer. They said there wasn't any parts bad. This is getting worse. I thought about a steering stabilzer but couldn't find anything for 2wd. Any ideas?

Shocks? I would run Bilstein's (Blue & Yellow-Comfort setting) shocks on that truck http://www.eshocks.com/bil_veh.asp?M...&Manf=Bilstein
