Yep, it has a 2 link with a 6" step up. I will have to look at it better and get more info on it, but it does had a air pump off the motor with 2 air tanks under the bed.

That air pump will be nice and quiet and let you play with the switches as much as you want...cool! So you're going to finish up the interior and sell it?

Re: Project Tahoe on a Budget

If you buy & sell any more vehicles you will need a dealers license

All kidding aside, in Washington it is five a year as the threshold. I came close once my first kid came along and my priorities changed.

Re: Project Tahoe on a Budget

if i had the choice between any car and a home i would choose the home too
from wat i hear the housemarked is kindof slow lately and the morgage skyhigh
on the other hand because there so mush houses for sale theres a lot of choice and the price usually goes down

Re: Project Tahoe on a Budget

So you turned $1800 and some sweat equity into (I'm assuming) about $6k.

Well done.

Re: Project Tahoe on a Budget

Helps to get an amazing deal on a pretty uncommon vehicle too.

You paid less than half of what average condition trade-in value is for the Tahoe. Good score on getting it for that little cash and for finding a buyer willing to give you something worth more than full retail value for it in the end.

Good luck on the house search. We know you will find a screaming deal.

Well done sir!

I always am seeing deals I wish I turn like you did. Just have too much other stuff going on to worry about them. I'm envious.
