Well I did a bunch of digging and asking questions. I had to order the correct size retainer rings as the one in this trans were a little thin for these new clutches. So now I wait till the 3rd to finish it up. I will post pictures when I am ready to assemble.

I know this thread has not had many pictures but when I am in the middle of parts everywhere and hands full of dextron VI it’s hard.
The new thicker snap rings came in and so did the circle D torque converter with 3k stall.
I will have it put together tomorrow morning

I got the snap rings in and put the pump/bellhousing on and the the valve body, filter and g8 pan. I went with the g8 pan for clearance as the truck pan was hanging pretty low and had a few dents.

Been waiting on the transmission jack. UPS has lost the shipment. Trying to get the supplier to ship out another So until then I am in waiting mode.
