I am pretty sure that the Burb brackets are different.

I will check on shipping and let you know. I thing that Greyhound might be the best way to go and I will call them tomorrow.

I'd be interested in the seat if it is really nice and doesn't need to be recovered...

Please let me know shipping to 32226, FL if Cheyenne10 doesn't want it.

THANKS!!!

FYI, I bought a rear seat from board member Kilomanjaro a while back. He shipped it from Kanas to Seattle for $35 on Greyhound.

Also, I found out that some Blazer seats have the four rear brackets and some only have two.

Bouncy Truck,

Did the guy you know pull the hardware off of the seat before shipping it?

The package could be made smaller that way or I could make up two packages and ship the hardware separately on UPS.

Incidently, my seat has (4) rear brackets.

Mark,

The upholstery is not perfect. There are two small panels with marks/tears on them. the main panels with the scrolls are very nice. The overall appearance is very good like it is.

Cheyenne 10,

Greyhound from Muskegon to Eugene is $79.95 and I would need to box it. Not sure on boxing costs.

Wow, that is pricey and it is standard shipping!

Mark, He pulled all the hardware (arm rests, brackets, etc and put them in boxes that he set in the fold of the seat. He then took a big box and cut it to wrap as tightly as possible around the rest of the seat. It worked great, no damage, but a few complaints from the local greyhound station for having to move the box. It wasn't that heavy, they were just whiners.

Mark,

Cheyenne 10 has decided not to purchase the seat because he really wants the Burb seat setup.

Shipping to Jacksonville from Muskegon, MI would be $69.95. I believe that I have enough cardboard, so boxing should be ok, (maybe a charge for a roll of duct tape!).

I don't feel good about putting the seat brackets in between the seat cushions (boxed up). I would prefer shipping those as a separate package, so this may add to the shipping cost. ( I don't believe removing the brackets will cut the cost of shipping by Greyhound).

Why don't you PM me with your information and any questions that you might have.
