Panel Bonding Adhesive Floors

Has anyone ever tried Panel Bonding Adhesive to replace floor panels?..I have a welder but that's ALOT of welding. I'm wondering if I just use Panel Bonding Adhesive and a few touch up welds if it will leave a nice floor??

Re: Panel Bonding Adhesive Floors

I have used it for roof skins and bed skins as well as quarter panels. The only problem I had was the roof skin one but it got cold in the shop that night colder than the cure temp allowed and I feel that was the reason it failed. Just make sure you grind back with the proper grits just as laid out in the tech sheet, those things HAVE to be followed to the letter for them to work right. Other than that I say glue away. Jim
