C30 LS engine mounts easiest route

I’m installing a 6.0/4l80e combo into a 1974 c30. I’ve been doing research but can’t find the cheapest and easiest route. This isn’t my first LS install, last time I welded eBay mounts in my 56 3100. Had the engine in and out 3 times.
On this install I’d like to bolt up premade type. Can I use the standard plates and reuse my clamshell type mounts? I need some good advice, you guys know way more than me! Thanks

Mine is a 72, but have replaced the frame mounts with newer stock ones from a squareboby. I used dirty dingo sliders for the same vintage, they dropped right in, and you have 2 inches of forward backward movement. I see that you want to keep the stock clamshells but these worked really slick for me.
