Should I put wheel well trim on it or not?

I'm on the fence about it. What do you all think?

I vote yes.
A splash of chrome trim makes for a nice touch.

Re: Should I put wheel well trim on it or not?

Thanks guys. The color is GM Storm Gray metallic. I literally just got it back together Saturday from being painted and a motor swap. I don't have any other pictures right now except for what it did look like.

I think these trucks look unfinished with no trim on the sides.

Another vote to add the wheel trim. I think the trim will add a nice break between your gray wheels and gray paint.

Boss 338's. 20" x 8.5" front & 20" x 10" rear. 5" backspacing on rear and I think 4.5" on the front.

Re: Should I put wheel well trim on it or not?

No. The trim traps dirt/water, etc. and promotes rust. The black color band fades quickly and does not look nice. The clean look is in now - excess chrome went out long ago with tail fins of the 59 impala.

I say no on the trim. That truck is very sharp just as it sits. It doesn't need the trim.

I think the wheel well trim only would be a nice touch to such a clean truck.

I say puy it on. I was in the same boat as you. Had the truck painted wheels on and couldn't decide. I got a great deal on some NOS wheel trim and I'm glad I did. Nice truck.

See if anyone here is good enough to "Photoshop" it on then decide...

I like it without.
