Removing caliper paint from wheels

I got these wheels from a family member . He painted drums but didn't allow enough drying time . Just wondering to how to remove . Hard to take pic inside wheels.

Probably try goof off first, maybe goo-gone. After that carefullly try paint thinner.

lacquer thinner or acetone wont hurt what looks like an aluminum wheel
