WTT - 1971 Blazer for rust free 69-72 Blazer body

I know this is a long shot, but it can't hurt to ask...

I have a complete, (very good) running 71 Blazer that I will be swapping over to a 99 Tahoe chassis. So instead of swapping the body over and selling the drivetrain, I thought I'd see if I could keep the Blazer complete and find anyone has a resto project that may have stalled out and is wanting to drive a Blazer again instead of looking at sheet metal sitting in the garage. It comes with a double wall top in nice shape with a MINT condition hatch.

At a minimum I need a solid, straight tub with a title. I'll also take any other parts (TG, doors, fenders, etc.) you may have.

I'm not interested in selling this Blazer outright and am not ready yet to start parting it out, so please do not ask.

Thanks,

Paul

Thanks for the offer! I have my share of rust repair on this one as well, so I'm not sure that would gain me anything.

Are you looking to trade the complete blazer for a rust free body tub? How bad is the rust on your blazer?

Re: WTT - 1971 Blazer for rust free 69-72 Blazer body

Thanks for all the interest! I wasn’t able to find a tub that would work, so I’ve started repairing mine this winter. No longer looking to trade. I’ll keep everyone posted in my K/5 Tahoe build thread.

Wish you all a Merry Christmas!!

Paul
