Heading to the muffler shop

Well after working on it off and on (way more off than on) for 4 years it is headed to get some exhaust. May be driving in a couple weeks.

Congrats. Always nice to be able to drive one even if there is still work to do.

Are you in primer or is that a gray flat finish paint?

Re: Heading to the muffler shop

Going with whatever muffler the guy puts on it, I told him I want it quiet. I've had my fair share of loud cars and it gets annoying pretty quick (to me at least).

The paint is just primer. Have the paint guy lined up but I'm going to drive it as is the next 6 months to get the bugs worked out before I have it painted.

Re: Heading to the muffler shop

He used a pro flo muffler. Looks like a flowmaster knockoff. Sounds very good. Louder than I expected but still fairly mellow. Very deep and throaty. Did a single 3".
