6.2 squarebody banks info!!

Okay, out of complete curiosity. I have a 1982 c10 with a banks kit on it. There’s a one inch piece of what seems to be radiator hose material that comes out from underneath what seems to be the “oil valve” round 3 inch cylinder that sits next to the oil fill cap. I put an oil breather on this piece of 1 inch hose, and haven’t had an issue till this week. It all of a sudden began slowly puking oil out of it. And help on what the heck it is would be awesome!! I’ll try an add a photo of what I’m talking about. The breather sits next to the turbo currently.
