Kick panel vent delete

Today just for the heck of it i took out my vents and covered the openings with a piece of Kilmat. Wind noise was definetly reduced and i could tell there was way less cold air entering the cab. Motor noise stayed the same. My truck has good seals elsewhere but I never could find a decent seal for those vents. My truck has A/C and the passenger side is pretty much not an option anyway so i think I'm done with them.
